Meanwhile, another major museum is heading into its own labor dispute. Unionized workers at the Victoria and Albert Museum’s East Storehouse location voted unanimously to strike, saying they are not given enough time to use the toilet or drink water.
It can seem, at times, as though every institution is becoming an Amazon warehouse. That is the mood, at least, across the global museum world.
