Residencies, Workshops, & Fellowships
The Haystack Mountain School of Crafts is celebrating its 75th anniversary by offering an Open Studio Residency and workshops for all skill levels in various crafts such as blacksmithing, ceramics, and more in coastal Maine. Fellowships are available to assist with tuition and fees. Applications are open from January 6 to 30 or February 20, 2026, depending on the program.
Artists interested in a three-month residency at the John Michael Kohler Arts Center in Wisconsin can apply for the Arts/Industry Residency. Open Calls for Art & Writing
Black Mountain College Museum + Arts Center is seeking project proposals for its {Re}HAPPENING 14 event, inviting artists to create works inspired by the legacy of Black Mountain College on its historical campus in North Carolina. The deadline for submissions is January 21, 2026.
The Flynn Breakthrough initiative invites U.S.-based artists and organizations to propose innovative performances to be staged in Vermont’s public spaces. Selected proposals will receive funding between $5,000 and $25,000. The submission deadline is January 23, 2026.
Grants & Awards
