Philadelphia Arts Advocate Roberta Fallon Passes Away at 76

Roberta Fallon, a cherished figure in Philadelphia’s art community and co-founder of Artblog, has died at 76. She succumbed to injuries in her hometown on December 5, 2025, following a car accident last November.

Friends and colleagues remember Fallon’s vibrant influence on the arts scene. A memorial will take place on March 7th at the Moore College of Art and Design. Fallon, alongside Libby Rosof, established Artblog in 2003, focusing on elevating underrepresented artists in the Philadelphia area. The publication, which closed last summer after reaching 4,500 subscribers, was known for its insightful reviews and interviews.
