Our committed faculty collaborate closely with graduate students, nurturing their development in a challenging yet supportive atmosphere enhanced by visits from artists, designers, critics, and art historians.

Located within 90 minutes of Chicago and within a few hours of Indianapolis, Toledo, and Detroit, students can easily access a wealth of museums and galleries to enrich their research and practice. The MFA program offers full tuition waivers for all admitted students and awards a $28,500 stipend annually. Additional grants and awards are available to support travel and research costs.
